need a cell phone signal jammer

I need an indoor cell phone Jammer.

They are 5 cell phones in the house and a WiFi.

I need a jammer that controls a specific cell phone ( my daughter one) because she is on the phone for very late at nights. I need to control the activities of all cell phones on the house but individualy rather all at once.

Any suggestions greatly welcomed.
