Continuous Varius Frequencys Noises 24/7

Not well versed in wifi /radio. We have great problem with continuous varius frequencys noises 24/7 they are produced on machine biuld and maintian the noise chage the pitch after a while . i was looking to stop the noise by blocking it, is that possible?

Hi no sure if you can help. I have no knowledge about jamming or equipment required. My problem is the people next door , they seemed to be able to transmit noises at different frequencies and pitch 24/7 , I cannot record the noise on any recorder or blank it .The noise is mechanically made using pressure that effects the ears.
