Hi do you supply location ankle tag blockers to block the signal for a 4 mile radius

Hi do you supply location ankle tag blockers to block the signal for a 4 mile radius. If so would it interfere with the signal and cause a noticeable change in the location of the person wearing it? Or would I be able to plug it in and go to other locations with my tag still showing I am at home and haven’t left the property? I have a car one what I plug in the cigarette lighter for when mobile but was wondering if you do one that I can fix to my home address allowing me to travel otherwise Thanks k
