Can Ninja Remote 2 Block the Neighbor’s TV

Ask for help: I hope you can help me. Digital tv ive use a ninja remote 2 to try to stop my next door sound from is tv coming into my home. This as not work he as told me that he just do not care. He is just a hater so now iam thinking so kind of jammer just to give me some peace at night.

So can you recommend something that may work with this noise nuisance. And yes I have ask a number of time to turn it down but no joy.

TV remote control transmitting frequency is 38KHz, receiving device is very common, there are integrated receiving head and integrated receiving module. The general home appliance infrared remote control is 38Khz modulated infrared signal, and the common receiving module is HS0038.

The ninja remote cannot control the TV in the following cases:
1. it’s through a wall
2. at a distance

Therefore, ninja remote can only control the TV if it is at a close distance and facing the infrared receiver of the TV.
